First: that is a really pretty dress!
As for your hair, since that is a strapless dress either leave your hair all down or half up-half down look. A style that is really pretty is if you pull up half of your hair and put it in tight ringlet curls, then loosely curl what was left down into spiral curls. I had that for homecoming about two years ago and it was really pretty, plus it is something you can do at home if you want. Hope this helps!
