You should wear something sparkly, shiny or something like silver. Maybe you might even have something that may be similar to diamonds. It would deffinately brighten up the room and it would show even more, with the strapless part of your dress. Otherwise, it would look to bare, without any jewelry in that area.
Wear any turquoise jewelry, but if you don't have that, you should wear silver jewelry because it goes with anything. Also, I recommend Silver hoops for earrings.
